Mighty-Paws Return and Refund Policy

At Mighty-Paws, we are committed to the health and happiness of our puppies and their new families. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind when welcoming a new furry friend into your home.

Refunds

  • Health Concerns: If, upon a veterinary checkup, your puppy’s health does not align with the provided health records or if the puppy is found to be unhealthy or has genetic defects, you are eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. To qualify for a puppy replacement, we require a written and signed statement from two licensed veterinarians from different clinics as proof of the genetic defects.

  • Inability to Care: Within the first 90 days of purchase, if you feel you are unable to provide the necessary care for your puppy, you may return the puppy for a full refund. A health checkup will be conducted to ensure the puppy has not undergone any life changes that could adversely affect their health. If the puppy is found to be unwell, a refund will not be issued.

  • Post-90 Days: After the initial 90 days, if you wish to return your puppy due to an inability to provide care, a refund will not be available.

Returns

  • First 90 Days: If you decide to return your puppy within the first 90 days due to an inability to provide primary care, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee to return the puppy to the breeder.

  • After 90 Days: Similarly, if a return is initiated after the 90-day period, you will also be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

  • Vet Check Situations: Should a veterinary examination reveal that the puppy is unwell or has genetic defects, Mighty-Paws will cover the re-shipping fee. Please ensure that the veterinary check is completed within the first 7 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will review your submission and begin the return and refund process. Expect a review period of 24 to 48 hours, followed by 3 to 5 business days for the refund transfer.

While we have a robust return and refund policy in place for your confidence, we want to assure you that we have never had a puppy returned due to health issues or genetic defects. Our commitment to breeding healthy, happy puppies is at the heart of our mission. The only return we’ve experienced was from a loving owner who had to relocate abroad for work, and we were glad to assist them.
